Flashforge has officially announced that its MJP WaxJet 3D printer series has been certified as the world’s top-selling wax 3D printer line in 2024, according to independent research firm SHANGPU GROUP. It’s a major milestone that cements the company’s leadership in high-precision 3D printing for the jewelry industry.
At the core of Flashforge’s success is the WaxJet 510, released in 2024. The machine delivers ultra-sharp resolution at 2900×2900×1700 DPI, with a layer thickness of just 15 μm and dimensional accuracy of ±0.04 mm. It’s tailor-made for intricate applications like micro-pavé, fine filigree, and high-value custom engraving-making it a favorite among premium jewelry brands worldwide.
Building on that momentum, Flashforge introduced the WaxJet 530 (WJ530) in 2025. With a triple printhead architecture, the WJ530 pushes speed and scalability to the next level. It prints at 6.35 mm/hour, roughly 25-50% faster than most competing systems, and supports production volumes of up to 12 kg of wax models per month.
To address rising gold prices, Flashforge has also launched a smart production solution for hard gold jewelry, integrating its MJP platform with advanced wax materials, automated mass production, and smart material handling. This solution allows manufacturers to minimize waste, maintain ultra-fine detail (down to 15 μm), and meet luxury-grade finish standards with less gold loss.
Since its founding in 2011, Flashforge has built a global reputation for combining accessibility, performance, and ease of use. Its ecosystem spans FDM, DLP, and MJP technologies, with products distributed across more than 70 countries and nearly 1 million users worldwide. Its Adventurer 5M desktop FDM printer remains a best-seller on Amazon.
“This achievement is a testament to the trust our partners place in us,” said Kenny Chen, Director of Sales and Marketing at Flashforge. “Being ranked number one pushes us to keep innovating, and to make industrial 3D printing truly mainstream across all sectors.”
